Handling BSC- Base Station Controllers. And Responsible for operation and maintenance of 622 sites for Providing the Network Support to our well-known client INDUSTOWERS Joint Venture in IDEA, Vodafone and Airtel maintaining their sites along with handling their products and to coordinate & supervise the team engineers to provide the optimum technical support at cell sites.● Responsible for all Electrical activity/ power issue at BSC Location.● Routine Checks of Power Availability at BSC Locations.● Responsible for Network Electrical power uptime 99.99 %.● Opex reduction analysis high power & diesel consumption at sites.● Daily monitoring of various expenses, action planned and executed.● Managing team of 5 Cluster In charge & 42 Technicians over 622 Cell Sites in Indus towers UP (W) Circle.● Deploy securities at sites as per requirement and control the theft cases.● Tracking of Power and Fuel expenses, Preventive maintenance.● Responsible for all Electrical power issues/ fault diagnosis at cell sites.● Coordinating with Fuel Management Service provider for scheduled Diesel filling.● Co-ordination with field technicians to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS sites.● Preventive maintenance of DG, Air conditioner, Fire alarm, Stabilizer, shelter, Battery, Power Plant etc.● Analysis of scope of AMCs & tasks to be performed under AMC schedule.● Summarize trackers like Outage Exclusion, Site Electrification, DG Hired, Monthly Consumption and DG Servicing.● Regularly interact with customer, vendors, their supervisors and field teams to ensure all quality and regulatory guidelines are followed by them. ● Vendor Bills verification such as DG spare parts, Diesel Filling, DG Hired, Material used in Electric Line formation etc.
