Involvement in Monthly cost LE preparation from Technical side and reviewing on weekly basis to control cost of clinker & cement production.9. Follows up with all department for fast execution and timely action as per management requirement. 10. Plant daily KPI analysis and sharing study for improvement (i.e Power increase reason, alternate raw material uses, Pond ash maximization etc.)11. Capex monitoring for timely completion of cost saving, improvement projects.12. Project Planning and execution.
