Handling end to end recruitment, right from sourcing, screening, short listing to interview follow-ups and closures• Skills on which we are catering majorly but not limited to are as below:ERP, DW, QA, ITIS, Web technologies & Open source.• Leveraging recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.• Scheduling candidates’ technical interviews with Interview Panel.• Follow up with interview panel for interview feedback• Conduct HR evaluation of the candidate, negotiate and finalize on the CTC and Joining date.• Creating & extending offer letters to candidates.• Background and Reference checking of candidates.• Maintaining regular relationship with prospective employees and candidates.• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations.• Meeting deadlines of requirements and assuring delivery of resources on time.• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, interviewer feedback, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required• Enhancing company’s database to be used by recruiters for sourcing purposes and creation of own database of candidate pool.• Prepare and maintain reports, analyze recruitment metricsConduct market research and benchmark efforts to identify current trends and best practices pertaining to prospective candidates• Sourcing profiles from different Job Portals like Naukri & Monster.
