This course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to become UX designers. The curriculum includes user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. The course covers these topics with weekly projects and a final client project. The boot camp course was intense and required a strict schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, with over 400 hours of homework assignments. Our solutions added simplicity and accurate commute times for users by adding personalized user walk speeds.Cat Chat (Conceptual Project, Website Redesign)- 1 week, Solo ProjectThe project goal was to make the site more user-friendly and welcoming/visually pleasing in multiple viewports. The design had more emphasis on images and the colors were easy on the eyes.House of Books (Conceptual Project, Website Redesign)- 2-week, Solo ProjectThe project goal was to showcase their products through an improved eCommerce website while maintaining their brand image: “small shop” appeal and great customer service.
