• Handling Express operations at one of ECOM’s top automated Processing Center Patna 2 lakh Sqfts • Managing a team size of 300+ On-roll &Off-roll employees for first-mile pickup & falcon automated sorter processing and Hub operations.• Directly responsible for handling FM, volume of 15k shipments picked up and processed from different warehouse client, like fkt,myntra,reliance jiomart,nyyka,purulle,amway.• Current responsibilities managing Falcon automated sorting process operations & design of operational flows to decrease cycle time, reduce rejection percentage, increase throughput and ensure FIFO.• Responsible for hiring & training of employees across functions and developing KRAs & KPIs for all managerial role employees (AM, SE,Executive,supervisor).• Responsible for vehicle utilization controlling CPS at very miles from pickup-processing-handling to connection.• Route optimization of pickup team (fleet of 10+ vehicles and 20+ field staff) touching 50+ pickup points in a day (includes market place and major warehouse clients like Flipkart, AMAZON, Paytm, Shopclues) & fleet planning during festive/cyclic volume surges.• Ensuring proper connections to maintain the Service Levels by providing efficient carting plans to Hubs and 95 DCs from PAH.• Maintain compliance so that the ESL, from pickup to processing and further connection to HUBs and DC for the movement of shipments
