Process- Client Engagement protection & US Referential and Static DataResponsibilities: Maintain Client data in all 15+ referential & downstream systems Responsible for setting up Legal Entities & Non-Legal entities and updating setup for various business lines namely CRDS, Fixed income, Prime Brokerage, and Corporate Banking. Handling the security setup requested by the client or front office team and also the security discrepancies and amendments for the security setup. Have gained domain knowledge through experience by handling direct client queries and working with the client-facing teams to resolve and provide client-friendly solutions with respect to clearing the discrepancies in the security setup of Equities & Fixed Income bonds. Setting up securities for globally traded financial instruments for the global clients in the downstream tool.  Preparing KPIs, updating monthly reports, and MIS activities presented to management. Handling critical/complex requests which are escalated by Clients, raising urgent queries in a timely manner, and adhering to SLAs.  Identify exceptions and problems affecting the failure of trade on the Settlement date and take necessary action to resolve the issues by amending the securities with a thorough investigation. Leading the team in completing the BAU projects.  Processing Daily Checks to ensure and run the business as per the procedure. Quick 4-eye review to have nil escalations, and incidents.

Process- Global Market Equity Trade Settlement Responsibilities: SME for Cash Equity settlement functions. Working on pre-matching trades to ensure timely settlement of trades with counterparties. Pre-confirm settlements with internal and external counterparties. Request for SSI setup/amendment of trades. Responsible to assign fails and Pre -matching trades to the team on daily basis. Responsible to work with clients, brokers, and Ops teams on failed trades exceptions and discrepancies of trades which clear through DTCC & Euro clear Investigating and resolving discrepancies of positions (cash and securities) in the firm’s books and records. Demonstrate effective client service by dealing with Prime brokerage's client queries with utmost sensitivity & urgency. Ensuring trades are confirmed and matched for settlement prior to the value date Effective escalation on critical & high-value breaks to senior management. Executing daily tasks assigned for the process with zero errors and no incidents Post Value date investigation of breaks and follow-up for resolution. Ensure Check List is updated for all daily tasks performed
