- Responsible for day-to-day strategy & execution of performance-based marketingcampaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience across the entirecustomer lifecycle (including awareness, acquisition, retention).- Lead the strategic collaboration with inventory partners to ensure a consistent supply of quality marketing opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with these partners to secure the best placements and deals for our campaigns.- Utilize an in-depth understanding of MMPs to optimize our supply strategy, ensuring the most effective and measurable outcomes from our inventory partnerships.- Lead a team of mobile marketing experts with a strong focus on supply-side operations. Ensure that the team is well-versed in the nuances of working with inventory partners and MMPs.- Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assessing againstchannel goals (ROI & KPIs).- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the brand with key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

-Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue-Acquiring traffic on CPI, CPR, CPC, CPM,CPV, CPA basis that best suits our available demand-Auditing new publisher accounts and domains for quality-Understanding and negotiating terms for insertion orders/contracts-Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows
