Independently handling after planning to Dispatch. Responsibility of Line Balancing, Quality of Product and delivery date, Fallow up Upper and other making materials. On time delivery of Production sample and getting approval from the buyers before start the production.

 Proficient in managing production activities, streamlining processes / procedures to facilitate smooth production process & enhance productivity. Well versed at conceptualizing profitable projects and managing operations encompassing procurement, quality as well as vendor development.  Adept in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of raw materials, manpower and machine utilisation.  Skilled at handling activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for ensuring smooth business operations. Adept at development of sourcing strategies, vendor identification and selection. Hand on experience on Lean method for Production. Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures and managing resources.

Accredited for saving INR 1 million (16.6K Euro) for the company in 2010 on cost negotiation with local new inner box or master box vendor.  Independently handled production of 104000 pairs in a month for brand Carmens, Filanto & Ka & ka buyer. Enhanced production from 13,000 pairs to 20, 800 pairs per month with same manpower in one conveyer Increased productivity from 1.6 PPH to 2.7 PPH in a new factory within 4 months. Efficiently reduced B Grade % from 2.7 to 0.5, by implementation of QIP
