 Create robust financial models with detailed underlying assumptions to support critical business decisions Evaluate commercial and long term strategic viability of proposed initiatives and campaigns. Provide inputs to help fine-tune proposals so as to maximize efficiencies and return on investments  Track and monitor actual against plan across financial and non-financial metrics. Identify, evaluate and highlight reasons for variance.  Suggest measures to bridge gap between plan and actual based on analysis of variance  Create medium to long term plan (outlook) of the business – Annual operating plan (AOP) on an annual basis and Strategic plan over 3-5 years’ horizon  Assets liabilities management – tracking of key ratios {Assets to deposits, liquidity (LCR) and Funding (NSFR) ratio} Review transfer pricing policy (behaviouralization) of the assets and liabilities products.  Risk weighted assets (RWA) and capital management of the business as per the Global and local norms. Track Return on RWA (RoRWA) of the business  Stress testing – Evaluate capital and financial position of the business under stressed scenarios. Quantify Management mitigating actions required to minimize the impact of stress
