Drawing on my expertise in customer onboarding, project management, and key account management, I actively build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and freelancers. Additionally, I take a proactive approach in addressing any process-related challenges that may arise.Collaboration is a key aspect of my role, and I actively engage with cross-functional teams, including product development, to provide valuable insights that can enhance our platform and services, ultimately elevating the overall user experience.Before joining BeGig, I served as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Fitso by cult.fit, where I achieved exceptional NPS and CSAT records by catering to the needs of fitness enthusiasts. Furthermore, I closely collaborated with the Operations team to manage facility audits and with the Product team to highlight app bugs, ensuring a seamless customer journey.In addition to that, I also worked as a Strategic Account Manager and an Onboarding Specialist at Shiprocket, a prominent logistics platform for ecommerce businesses. In these roles, I skillfully managed and nurtured a portfolio of SMB accounts, while ensuring a smooth integration and setup process for new customers.With more than 5 years of experience in Operations and Customer Success across diverse industries, I am deeply committed to delivering value and satisfaction to our customers. Ultimately, my aim is to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.Beyond work, I have a passion for martial arts, holding a black belt in Taekwondo, and I have developed a keen interest in CrossFit as well.
