POS OPERATION,ATM OPERATIONS, ATM Operation Maintaining and updating ATM master Handling ATM deployment and replacement and relocation project. Maintaining maximum uptime of all the ATMs and daily closely monitor Uptime / Downtime of all the ATMs Monitor cash loading for all Indusind ATMs. Monitor down ATM and ensuring ATM go live for customer service Daily extracting and Tracking of Transaction file from Base 24 and Reporting to Management Monitor ATM EJ-pulling reports and Generating, Dispatching and Tracking TMK Keys. Co-ordinate with Switch team (Base 24) as per requirement like new ATM installation TMK Keys configuration / ATMs IP and port configuration. Adding and Monitoring of ATMs on D manager & Commander Application for MVS Implemented ATMs and closing tracking transaction for newly migrated ATMs. Maintaining Billing master and Checking vendor operational expenses and forward to higher authority for approval. Preparing RBI Tranche report for every month. Monitoring of WLA Cash Requirement (Cash Indenting) and Authorizing Branches for Crediting WLA Account. POS Operation Preparation of Daily /Monthly dashboards for POS terminals operation. Managing team of 10 Associates for end to end POS terminals operation like monitoring and tracking request of POS terminals in bank application I-works.  Monitoring uploading request for POS terminal on respective Vendor application (MRL and ATOS) Tracking of Dispatch and Installation of POS terminals. Maintaining POS terminal related issue and highlighting to respective Vendor and tracking till closure. Handling POS merchant settlement issue and terminal related issues. Cost benefit analysis-working with product team. Preparing RBI related monthly report like Smart city wise report, Tier wise report.  Maintaining POS terminal master database for Billing and daily MIS.
