I have been working in Yotta infrastructure since last 1.8 year's as an Assistant Manager in Cyber security and my job responsibility is to look after Roles & Responsibilities• Executing complex installations & projects including Routing, Switching &Firewalls.• Handling complex projects of Enterprise Clients, Banks & Service providers.• Understanding customer’s existing infra, performing POCs and sharing POC reports with clients.• Testing networking and security devices before implementing in production.• Performing start to end firewall and network device implementation based on performed POCs & client’s requirements.• Providing 24*7 voice and data center support for Palo Alto, FortiGate & Check Point firewalls.• Managing more than 358 firewalls of different clients and DC infra.• Proactively identify potential problems & security alerts and giving recommendations for necessary action or upgrades as per best practices.• Working with other technical teams, solution teams and clients to implement strong network security configurations.• Installing firmware and software patches, remediating vulnerabilities, and researching security incidents.• Working on MFA and PAM solution to maintain advance security.• Working and learning first level implementation & troubleshooting of Load balancer technology (Redware)• Working and learning first level implementation & troubleshooting of Cloud WAF technology (Redware)• Keeping Knowledge of check point endpoint protection.• Working on Tussom ticketing tool for customer support related issues. Pan India server status, monitoring storage, check PAN India Antivirus status , monitoring daily mail queue, working on ticket request for creating domain users in AD, creation and giving share drive access, providing required websites access as per approval.• Daily Pan India server status – We have a montoring tool called OPO manager wherein we have added all our servers through SNMP and we have set a trashhold of 75% for disk, memory,cpu ,storage utilization . Once it reached trash hold we receive warning mail on ur group id and accordingly we trouble shoot• check PAN India Antivirus status- Here we have 1 master and 5 slave AV server across PAN India on daily basis , we check All systems AV update status .Non updated ,offline systems details being sent to Helpdesk team to work , daily monitoring device restriction logs to verify if any users has connected mobile , If found warning mail is being sent to Infosec team for further action .• monitoring storage – Same is monitored from OPO manager only
