1. Handling the queries of clients regarding invoices.2. Handling all queries and issue on Accounts Receivable.3. Monitor multiples outlook mails, process tie-off and other miscellaneous request.4. Handling cash application and process manual invoicing in accounting system for state client’s.5. Daily reporting to determine what needs to be invoices in customers portals. 6. Process credit and re-bill invoices related to customer order changes for international subsidiaries.7. Processing manual invoices in customer portals including B-line, Field glass, Ariba, IQN, Prowand, Agile1 etc8. Manages all manual expense and expenses incurred by company need to be billed to customers as per government regulations.9. Collaborate internally and with customer to resolve issues with purchase order running out of funds or projects going over budget.10. Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer files.11.Coordinating with team on daily basis activities like timesheet entry, invoicing, and cash application.

1- Working for its SEI Investment, maintain all mutual fund income, withdrawal, expense in updating software.2- Bank Cash reconciliation and check the positions breaks in accounts on daily and bi-monthly basis for US banks. Such as Goldman sach, Commerica bank, Raymond James, Us Bank etc.3- Reconciliation to handle various exceptions like Trade Exception, Exchange Conversion/Merger/ Corporate Action/CUSIP Change/, Transfer Exception, Income Exception & Position Reconciliation.
