E-Solutions have developed a business structure with no boundaries which means we work as one collective entity.Responsibilities-: • Familiar with full Recruitment processes from sourcing the resumes till closure of requisition.• Handling full life cycle Recruiting activities for US to include; Posting Positions, Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates over phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.• Responsible for closures of technical professionals into both contract and permanent employment opportunities.• Working with Accounts / Resource managers on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates. --Discuss the "core" of the job description, and deliver exceptional IT candidates in a timely fashion.• Coordinating the Technical interviews for the short-listed candidates with the project leader followed by Project manager round of interview if cleared.• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report relating to number of interviews happened Offer Made and Candidates Joined.• Worked closely with the Account Manager to find the exact requirement for Financial and Commercial Industry

• Responsible for handing whole life cycle recruitment, including candidate’s identification, interview, evaluation, salary negotiation, interview scheduling, and post interview aspects• Handled the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline • Build a long term relationship with consultants and business partners• Negotiated rate and term with consultants and vendors on W2, 1099 and C2C• Worked with candidate such as H1B, Green Card Holder, Citizen• Worked very closely with Business Development Manager to discuss client needs• Daily Sourcing and screening of resumes, profiling candidate and managing candidate flow• Meeting deadlines for requirements and quality delivery of the candidates.• Calling and thoroughly screening candidates to qualify them for relevant positions, which includes discussing the skills and experience mentioned on their resumes, verifying work authorization, confirming comfort level with daily commute or relocation and negotiating pay rates.• Submittal of resume to managers, scheduling interview, maintaining consistent feedback, background checks, processing offers, closing of offers, and scheduling first day orientation.• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.• Ability to work on Requirements as a member of a team.• Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and colleagues .
