  I am working as a mechanical maintenance engineer total 5 years experience in manufacturing and ware house plants. I have good knowledge  Seeking for assignment in maintenance, installation, testing & commissioning of Mechanical equipment`s with various field of Automation. In charge of overall mechanical maintenance of the plant reporting to our service dept. HOD.  Engineering drawing knowledge. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all pulley, bearings, belts, sensors, motors, gear heads and mechanical tools with required safety. Hands on experience of bench work (Drilling, tapping, milling, griding and turning machines). Working experience on pneumatics and hydraulics accessories (cylinder, solenoid valve etc.). Develop various maintenance system like breakdown maintenance system (Planned and Unplanned) preventive maintenance spare procurement system etc.  Identify all spares and prepare stock list according to their usage frequency and criticality. Making mechanical concepts. Machine modification as per requirements.  Worked with various type of mechanical tools (Hand grinder, drill machine, bearing puller and many more).
