- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of multiple customer requirements and related system.- Taking immediate corrective measures in case of customer complaints if any. Investigation of such complaints & replying to Airline Reports based on the findings.- Preparing Job Profiles & detailed Job Descriptions for categories of staff in Operations department.- Planning Staff Training programs (Internal & External), Daily flight allocation, Staff Rosters, Staff Leave & other staff related issues.- Achieve set objectives of the section by making optimum use of manpower, facilities & other resources. - Carry out yearly performance appraisals for assigned direct and indirect reports. Ensuring that staff development plans are in place and that poor performance is cascaded to the Operations Manager.

- Monitor the performance of catering unit assigned to ensure the smooth efficiency in operations & meeting the desired targets. - Build & maintain relations with the Catering unit. - Coordinating with Caterers on a day to day basis and discussing changes, new developments, new menu. - Checking catering invoice and daily flight challan.- Co-ordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods.- In charge of stores to follow FIFO method, goods in & out report, checking of near to expiry products & weekly Inventory report.- Closely co-ordinate with Accounts Department for the correctness of all documents before being dispatched to Head office for payment to vendors. - Interact with the crew to gather feedback regarding the products & utilities provided.- Taking immediate corrective measures in case of customer complaints if any and investigating such complaints.
