Continuous Improvement Initiative: Savings generated 150,000 Euros (From June 2012 till June 2013)Process Consultant: Developed Process Maturity Tools (Demand Management, MRP, Procurement and Supply Chain Risk) to map business process with industry standards. Thought Leadership: Developed white paper on “Global Supply Chain Growth and Sustenance framework”, which is published in TCS internal journal.

Business Advisory Services, IICP: Developed framework to analyse industry characteristics, competitive intensity, player profiles for the above mentioned industries to know the industry attractiveness as per the client’s requirement.

Process Consultant: Mapped business processes of shipping companies with ERP solutions suited for PMS, Document Management, Crewing and Purchasing modules.Project Management: Headed a team of 6 and successfully managed 20 projects for various international clients including Bourbon Offshore, Omega Navigation and Top Tankers.Vendor Management: Handled selection, development and training of vendors for outsourcing work.

Supply Chain Operations: Managed Logistics of loading & unloading operations of cargo valued at USD 120 million across more than 30 international ports and 15 countries.Inventory Planning & Management: Designed models for Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Level.
