• Develop and implement strategies based on company requirement and future business growth through long term contract management with all agents across the globe.• Responsible of entire logistics operations for all manufacturing units in India, GST, foreign trade policies, inventory management in international warehouses and local distribution in EU, Korea, Mexico and USA.• Manage Logistics teams in Belgium, India with a freight spend of over $16 million converting to approx. 7000 TEUs or 150K MTPA.• Managing the daily dispatch (inbound and outbound) of chemical from India, Belgium, UK, Spain, Germany, Korea, Mexico, USA and Netherlands processing 100K MT per year for delivery to customers.• Customized delivery solutions and maintain special equipment to meet customer requirements.• Maintain a large fleet of company owned special equipment.• Risk assessment and control of in the area of logistics and legal compliance across different geographies.• Statutory compliance for all national and international laws Foreign trade, GST, VAT, IMDG for all manufacturing and warehousing locations.• Innovation, planning, cost optimization and control are the key for success.

Experience• Handle all logistics functions like contract negotiation with Shipping lines/ transporters/ clearing agents, foreign trade policies and excise for all manufacturing locations in India.• Handle all RM and FG for domestic, import and export movement of RM and FG, 5000 TEUs per annum.• Handle Korea, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, UK and Belgium warehouse, inventory management and distribution through out EU. Comply all legal requirements.• Manage 3rd country movement.

Responsible for import, export and domestic movement of RM and FG including vessel chartering and break bulk storage at various Indian ports.

Responsible for domestic and export dispatches.
