• 20 + Years in responsibilities include client support for all configuration, data conversion, change management and reporting projects and/or processes to ensure needs of CHC and its clients are met as well as provides operational support for EMR/EHR, QIP, ICARE and other information systems and privacy control, and making sure that the database effectively captures information and generates accurate financial and analytical reports.• 10 Year EHR (Electronic Health Record) administrator experience, manage, train staff meaningful use of EHR. Support the development and implementation of a strong foundation for information reporting that meets the internal and external reporting requirements of the Agency.• 6-years Privacy officer experience worked with electronic health records, PHIPA and privacy groups.• Act as Quality Improved Chair for more than 5- Year, responsible for preparing and execution of QIP submitted to HQO (Health Quality Ontario).• Provide leadership for the CHC information management systems and to assist development in support of CHC-wide goals and functions.• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
