Working with international clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying projectgoals, objectives, and constraints. Modelling of Residential building such as Villa, Apartment, Row houses and Hospital Buildings withreference to CAD, PDF, SKETCH and Vector works files up to LOD 350. Modelling of RCC member and Rebar 3D Modelling and Preparation of B.B.S. as per the requirement ofSpecific clients. Detailed calculation of Quantity of Materials and Items used in BIM Model with Revit schedule and Quantitytake off for our Belgium clients. Ensure that the Modals aligns with the standards, goal set in BIM execution plan, and BIM projects work flow criteria. Preparation of Permission Plans to get permission from city community of Belgium and preparation ofdetailed Executive Drawing to construct building on site for Belgium Clients. In Permission plans we create detailed floor plan of every level, Daken Plan, Section, Elevation Views,Implanting Plan, Terrain profile, Sewerage and rain water management plan Develop a comprehensive Sewerage and Rainwater Management Plan for Belgium that ensures effectivewastewater and rainwater management, environmental protection, and sustainable urban development. Collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with Design Team & other disciplines for designchanges and modal upgradation. Troubleshooting various day-to- day BIM related issues, QC of permission plans and Executiveplansprepared by other team members to submit it to the clients with high accuracy. Creation of custom parametric Revit families for building components like furniture, fixtures, andequipment, enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.
