By implementing robust HR systems and building a high-performance culture, I contributed to the company's rapid growth and success. As part of the founding core team, I designed and implemented HR systems, processes, and policies from scratch, expanding the team from 15 to 80+ employees in 1.5 years. I also focused on talent allocation and rotation programs.Currently, I am leading FROCQ FILLYOUIN in India, where I established the company from scratch and achieved INR 10 Crores in revenue within a year. Managing a 40+ member team, I implemented HR practices that align with European standards, developed training programs, and ensured compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR within four months. My focus on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning has been pivotal in securing and delivering high-quality IT development projects. Additionally, I created a robust recruitment process to attract top IT talent in India and the Netherlands, using both traditional and innovative methods.I am digitally savvy, utilizing relevant tools to enhance HR functions and capture metrics for insights.
