I also focused on talent allocation and rotation programs.Currently, I am leading FROCQ FILLYOUIN in India, where I established the company from scratch and achieved INR 10 Crores in revenue within a year. Managing a 40+ member team, I implemented HR practices that align with European standards, developed training programs, and ensured compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR within four months. My focus on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning has been pivotal in securing and delivering high-quality IT development projects.
