Directing and overseeing the activities of assembly line personnel throughout the shift  Manage 40 to 50 employees daily on a manufacturing line and maintain the line balance by doing actual work on assembly line in case of employee absence.  Ensuring the production environment is safe for employees by conducting safety training and inspections. Monitor workplace safety and strive to prevent injuries and accidents.  Monitor the entire assembly process to prevent delays and monitor jig fixtures and tools used in process.  Inspects and measures tools and equipment like torque wrench, spanner, torque meter etc. required in assembly process  Tracking and requisition of all inventory on the line.  Daily audits, production updates,5s , safety quality. Balance direct oversight of employees with supporting production schedules and expectations  Maintaining the daily production report and preventive machine maintenance. Work directly with quality assurance personal to identify and correct customer issues and defects and resolve it.  Perform visual inspection check for defects assuring company standards were met.
