With ~17 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, I am a Senior Director at JLL, one of the world's leading real estate services firms. I oversee the AP, RTR, and Service Charge accounting functions for the Property and Asset Management business, and have served clients and stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and US regions. I am passionate about delivering operational excellence, process innovation, and customer satisfaction, leveraging my skills in Banking, US GAAP, IFRS, Management and Regulatory Reporting, Risk Assessment, and ERP Migration. I have successfully led multiple process transitions, transformations, and migrations, as well as six sigma and agile projects, achieving efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
