Responsible for Network KPI Maintenance of Rest of Hyderabad Cluster (ROH). To analyze Nokia BSS performance reports on daily basis such as 216,204,182,163,166,135,164,150 of entire network and escalate the issues to concerned departments.BSC Alarm Log analysis and alarm decoding on daily basis of entire network.BSS Parameters Audit: BSC, BTS, TRX, HOC, POC, ADCE. Basic Cell Site parameters: To cross check the basic cell site parameters given to OMCR for implementation and parameters implemented by OMCR.Responsible to fine tune BSS parameters for Hopping, Power Control, Handover etc. Responsible to fine tune the RF hardware for optimum utilization and better quality.Responsible for the changes to be done in existing frequency plan Responsible for the changes required to handle both TCH Traffic and signaling Traffic.To analyze drive test log files by using TEMS and suggesting changes accordingly.Responsible for Coverage and Capacity Site Planning & Survey.Plan network capacity improvement based on subscriber forecast and traffic trend.Planning Based on GIS for Rural Network coverage. Responsible for the Frequency Planning for the entire cluster using Optimer.HSN/MAIO planning/Implementation/changes for the SFH.Generation of Coverage prediction, Co channel /Adjacent Channel interference area plots on the NetAct Multiradio Planner.

Cell & Network Level Optimization: Optimization of worst cells (Based upon Drop Call Rate, Call Setup Success Rate, Handover Success Rate, Traffic etc) in the Network through Frequency Cleansing, Database modification/fine-tuning and Hardware Problems rectification.Capacity Planning: Capacity planning of a rapidly growing network for expansions and new sites based upon current Traffic Behavior.Drive Test: Extensive issue based as well as general benchmarking drive tests with TEMS for fault finding and benchmarking.Frequency Planning: Frequency planning for new sites and expansions in the Network. This included allocation of BCCH & TCH frequencies, BSIC, Neighbor lists.
