CurrentCurrently, I am leading all digital marketing initiatives for Career Point - This includes media planning/agency partnerships, lead generation, brand management, paid media, social media, & optimizing the entire online channel for revenue.Key Responsibilities:- Online Marketing supervising, planning & executing branding, growth and ROI strategies for career point & managing team of SEM, SEO, Creative, Mobile Marketing, Media planning and buying.- Setting online strategies along with offline departments to achieve maximum ROI.- Create and execute Marketing Campaigns across all digital platforms for lead conversion & customer engagement.- Making monthly & yearly marketing plans for career point with forecasting sales.- Provide market feedback based on research to company management & report regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas.- Find new ways to make learning more effective using technology.- Setting Sales Strategies and Revenue Targets; Monitor sales funnel for conversion optimization strategies and tactics to achieve maximum ROI from paid & organic campaigns.- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and penetration of the new market.- Coordinate with B2C & B2B Team to generate sales.-Manage CRM(Leadsquared) Marketing automation, landing page, and lead funnel tracking. - Coordinate with the Software Development team to add new features in our digital platform.- Working along with product, Tech, marketing and support team and taking care of improvisation.
