As CTO of the Center for Endeavour, I have diverse responsibility from managing different teams with multiple challenges to provide direction for future of the Product with innovative ideas. I spend most of my team in grasping new technologies and trying to bend it in our product to increase efficiency, effectiveness with less cost. Exploring web and cloud technologies are major day to day activities.As Consultant at Mettl, I lead the most advanced vertical called hack (coding based simulators) along with actually developing features with cutting edge technologies. My role is to architect, provide consultancy about right technology to make the product highly scalable and fast for best candidate experience. I have introduced Docker with Container Pooling for sandboxed controlled environment with multithreading for code execution. Language server protocol based intellisense addition with AWS autoscaling and ECS Fargate is another differentiating addition on technology front to make the product highly convenient for end users.

I have worked with multiple clients of the multinational company, Dell, both onsite and offshore to enhance the existing software and building new software. With Mastercard in Peterborough, UK, I have developed complete payment gateway solution to integrate with one of the biggest client in the strict time line.

Designing and developing software. ESB was one of the hottest technologies to be used here to support complex routing requirement with Spring Batch for large size document processing, in which I worked on crucial parts.

It was amazing learning experience in working with the people in this company. I worked on Java, Struts, XML, Web Services, Ant, Spring, Hibernate and JMS. I also got experience in communication between mobile application and Server side. I worked in Agile environment with strict dead lines which made me confident and efficient in handling projects.

I worked here for almost 2 years working Oracle Applications Development framework developing a multi billion product called Oracle Clinical and Remote Data Capture. I received a great experience in Java, Struts, javaScript, Ajax, XML, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Weblogic. I learnt about working closely in a big team contributing significantly to make a world class product successful.
