Margaret Mead - American cultural anthropologist, Author & Speaker wrote " Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has "I first heard this quote in 2007 at a conference in Atlanta. This quote has remained with me as a vision and purpose with immense relevance in my life both professionally and personally, but now even more so.At the time I was working at Microsoft focused solely on delivering value through digitizing the world with maps for organizations such as the BSkyB, News Int. and the BBC bringing location relevance to news and sport for the masses, then moving on to working with mid growth and early-stage startups in digital advertising across UK and Israel, mentoring and coaching a few along the way.Mental health and personal growth being a focus and purpose, I finally woke up to the realization that my growth, my personal development, my future needed a purpose, a mission, a sense of direction and with the loving and unconditional support of my wife and my three amazing sons, my mentor Bob Proctor, my community and my coach I finally found purpose in the service of others in both my work and as a Mindset and Life Transformation Coach & Strategist. What became 2 distinct passions has now resulted into an opportunity where I am able to bring my passion of being a Coach as and my experience of working with and in a startup to now be working closely with a select high potential startups to leverage Microsoft's brand, startup programs and global sales & marketing reach for growth and impact.
