Product Line: Leverage Loans to US mid market borrowers for M&A and growth financing Responsible for Portfolio & Asset Quality reporting on $16B+ portfolio of cash flow loans; complex portfolio including 1st Lien, 2nd Lien, Unitranche and Equity investments - metrics tracked include deal flow, market activity, asset quality (defaults, non-earnings, losses, recovery, risk ratings, borrower financial trends etc.); tracked compliance to risk limits; modeled potential future threat to assets (impact of rate increases, mild recession etc.); recommended changes in reserves (ALL) for change in asset quality; prepared monthly and quarterly presentations for executive committee and BODLed a Data Controllership project – company recently instituted new systems including subledger (Loan IQ, previously ACBS). New systems/processes impacted data quality. Led effort to clean 60+ High Priority data points including allocating data owners, recommending process and system changes, building exception reports, computing Data Defects and holding owners accountableActed as portfolio expert for multiple cross functional projects including MD&A reporting, Investor Reporting, CECL design, Loan Valuations, Portfolio Origination etc. Part of the core team that led the development of a Stress Testing framework to allow for improved Capital/Liquidity management.
