-24/7 Engineering and production support for back-office enterprise applications - Identity Manager, WSO2 Identity Server, JBoss, IIS, etc..-Redesigned fractured/unsupported legacy Identity platform by implementing monitoring, redundancy, etc. changes. That platform redesigned, increased platform uptime and stability.-Led architecture, design, and implementation of new Identity Management platform for high availability / fail over between two data centers. Partnered with vendor to upgrade Identity platform to latest release v14.3 with no user impact.-Led architecture, design, and implementation of on-premises WSO2IS Single Sign-On platform with fail over feature between two data centers. Installed latest WSO2IS application v5.4 on newer servers and migrated SSO connections from two different versions of legacy WSO2IS platforms (v4.6 and v5.1) to new platform.-Researched and built customized IWA (Integrated Windows Authentication) solution for WSO2IS SSO application to allow end users to access corporate back-office SSO applications without entering login credentials again.-Enhanced annual ADP audit reports execution time from one week to one hour with SQL queries.

Installed SAS application updates for "SAS Enterprise Guide" client tool, renewed SAS Software license.-Installed and configured PeopleSoft DR environment.-Migrated and reconfigured PeopleSoft non-production and production application/web/batch servers from AIX to RH Linux.-PeopleSoft Benefits online enrollment project – Designed and built least privileged access solution to allow specific group of remote employees to access only required PeopleSoft HR benefits pages from external network for open enrollment. That project resolved bulk load of manual work efforts for HR team.-Provided training to team members and regularly applied PeopleTools update, Maintenance Pack, Bundles, GP updates and Tax Updates in all PeopleSoft environments.
