As a quality assurance manager, working to implement best practices (SPC, LEAN, TPM & 5S) in following areas:- Product and Process quality to improve Corporate Image and increasing Profits- Defect reduction (Both Generation and Outflow) to Reduce Wastes- Standards, Models and framework to meet Compliance - Process improvement methods for Employee Empowerment - Market complaints reduction to gain Customer Loyalty

- Central coordinator for Jishu Hozen (JH) Pillar for TPM in plant- Prepared plans for progression of JH Pillar and deployed thru out the plant- Member of core team conducting audits regarding progress across all pillars- Training identified and conducted for Operators as well as staff to make them competent- Autonomous maintenance upgraded

- TPM Coordinator of department, Conducted analysis of losses to enhance Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), Identified and categorized equipment losses, facilitated and executed improvement projects for OEE improvement- Part of team for Capacity Enhancement from 4200 to 10000 vehicles/day- Experience with ERP-SAP for Resource planning. All resource handling through SAP- Productivity, Quality improvement & losses reduction by implementing Kaizens- Budgets preparation of department (Consumable, Rejection & Civil) & make it achievable by doing continuous improvements- Prepared Engineering Documents as PQCT, FMEA, Control Plan, also Production Documents as SOP, Quality Check sheets- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 /14001 :Conducting regular internal audits, Documents Preparation as per ISO requirement and performing Department’s ISO 9001/14001: QMS & EMS related activities
