Accounts & Finance: In the area of Finance and Accounts my responsibilities are described as under:• Month end closing activities like preparation of monthly financials and backup schedules etc.• Consolidation of branch accounts.• Budgeting of Expenses and Forecasting of Revenue.• Cost Variance Analysis (comparison of budgeted cost and actual cost incurred).• Verification of purchase order and delivering the same to respective departments.• Supervise overall accounting functions for the financial accounting team.• Review of day to day accounting.• Initiate and manage statutory audits and liaise with them.Taxation: In the area of Taxation my responsibilities are described as under:• Verification of statutory dues and payment of the same on time.• Verification of quarterly TDS returns.• Handling of scrutiny assessment u/s 143(3) of Income Tax Act.• Appearing before Income Tax Authorities.• Handling of Compliances related to Excise and Custom.• Filing of Excise returns & Service tax return.• Filing of Profession tax return.• Filing of VAT return.

Kool Kidz Products Ltd is a conglomerate company having its existence in different cities of India in the field of retail arena - Toy store for kids in malls, managing various play areas for kids in various shopping malls, food and beverages counter in various shopping mall & music school. My roles and responsibilities are described as: Accounts & Finance: In the area of Finance and Accounts my responsibilities are described as under:• Finalize the Annual Accounts along with the auditors as per Revised Schedule VI.• Preparation of Budget & Cash Flow.• MIS preparations on a Monthly basis.• Consolidation of branch accounts.• Monitoring day to day banking activities including CC A/c.• Monitoring day to day financial activities relating to import & export..• Supervise overall accounting function for the financial accounting team.• Preparation & Submission of various reports required by bank in compliance to CC A/c.
