• Design and Develop E2E solution for DHL customers, belongs to different business units (supply chain, DGF, Express)• Responsible for customer integration projects which involve the following taskso Business analysis – do technical analysis and feasibility studies for incoming EDI projects, at the same time creates mapping specification from customer’s format to DHL’s backend application’s format and vice versa. Customer’s format includes but not limited to UN/EDIFACT, ANSI X12, Rosetta Net, proprietary XML, proprietary flat file and proprietary UIFs.o Map development – creates maps based on the mapping specification provided by the business analyst using GXS AI;o WebMethods Development - creates WebMethods services which are usually used by most of our integration projects for preprocessing and/or post processing functions. This is also used for orchestrating complex solution.o Testing – performs and monitors various tests with the customers e.g. unit test, integration test and user acceptance test.o Documentation – creates installation guideline and operation manual to be used by first-level support and other internal business parties.o Support – monitor’s project implementation to production, handles support task during the project’s warranty period and handles third level-support after project’s warranty period.
