Installation , Commissioning,Maintenance and overhauling of all types of Centrifugal Pump(make- sam turbo,warman,Flowmore) Hands on experience.4. Installation, Commissioning, major Overhauling, Preventive, predictive, Break down and shutdown maintenance's and trouble shooting of all types of Rotating Equipment’s (All types of Pumps, compressors, Gear boxes, Blowers, Fans, Agitators, Positive displacement pump)5. We execution Doing effective overhauling, preventive and breakdown maintenance.6. Maintenance and servicing of all types of Valves, Steam, valve and Calibrated as per manufacture requirements.7. Deploy man power for work and monitor their utilization.8. Hydraulic/Pneumatic Testing of valves, Vessels, Exchangers and Pipe.9. Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment.10. Preparing Preventive Maintenance schedules, Maintenance checklist, Spare part list etc.11. Remain innovative and explore safe and efficient working practices.12. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of plant and maintenance procedures.
