Sr. Track Installation Expert As A General Consultant For Nagpur Metro Rail Project
CurrentPROJECT:- Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ballastless Track of standard gauge on North-South (Reach 1 & 2) and East-West (Reach 3 & 4) corridors including Mihan & Hingna Depot of Nagpur Metro JOB PROFILE :-Planning, co-ordination & Interface meeting with counter parts/contractors for start the work in the project.Review the general alignment drawing and find out all the necessary data.Checking & calculating the BOQ items & quantities (Rails, Track fastenings, Turn outs, PRC sleepers etc.) for the project.Making a work program/plan as per given dates of hand over the stretches/sites of the project.Prepare a weld plans for FBW as per site condition & techenical norms.Certifying the plinth details & BBS for different heights of track plinth & t/os submitted by contractor and giving guidance for preparation of the same if needed.Develop all the checklists for site inspection.Finalising the drawings for executing the work and develop such drawings if needed.Checking & certifying the Method statements of all activities and give guidance for preparation of the same if needed.Co-ordination, Interface meeting & joint inspection with civil contractor regarding site hand over/take over & regular chasing for next site.Planning, execution & supervision of ballastless track installation work including turn out & cross over & Scissor cross over 1 in 7 & 1 in 9.Monitoring the progress on daily basis & give the guidance/instructions for improvement such progress. Find out the root cause of the any failure & give it’s remedial action.Certifying the Contractor’s bill as per work done & record the measurements.Prepare rate analysis of different types of work which are not in BOQ.Maintaining safety & quality of the work during execution at site.Managing & executing the work as per program/planned given by senior authority.Preparation & documentation work for CMRS inspection.RFI, RA bill & NCR through SAP system.
