CurrentIn my current role as a Product Lead at eServeCloud, I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and deployment of sophisticated cloud-based solutions. I work closely with the UI and Backend teams, ensuring that our development process is cohesive and aligns with our product goals.Daily, I use a variety of technical and leadership skills. **Java & Spring Boot**: I design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture, leveraging Java and Spring Boot to build robust and scalable applications.**AWS Services**: I utilize AWS tools like Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS to deploy cloud-native applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. **API Management**: I create and manage RESTful APIs that integrate various components of our systems, facilitating seamless communication between services.**Agile Methodologies**: I lead my team using Agile practices, ensuring that we deliver high-quality software products within tight deadlines. This involves continuous collaboration, sprint planning, and iterative development.**Team Leadership**: I guide my team by setting clear goals, providing support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. I also resolve any technical issues, ensuring smooth project progress.**Database Management**: I design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing them for performance and scalability.
