JOB RESPONSIBILITY Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones. Arrange for transports vehicle for material supply service and schedules. Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules. Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two-way radios. Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment. Prepare daily work and run schedules. Receive or prepare work orders like price amend, FG Code, Invoice reconciliation other documents work  Monitor personnel and equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules. Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information. Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications. Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards. Customer portal knowledge like – MSIL Extranet, Honda Car & Honda Motorcycle & Scooter. Invoice value & Received value checked per month& matching the stock in system & physical. Co-ordination with Store and Purchase department for row material  Timely dispatch the material as per customer requirement  Controlling of finished goods Maintain FIFO & 5S Material handling and packing properly as per customer requirement Co-ordination with customer and transporter Knowledge of posting daily production and QA in SAP  Controlling of receiving and shortage  Tracking the vehicle  Handling manpower more than 10 workers a shift  SAP Sale price update & New Development part regarding SAP activities. All Billing regarding SAP Activities & others issues resolved Project sale / tooling part / mold sale regarding all activities.
