CurrentWASH and Climate Change ( TERI and UNOPS )Currently I am working as a Project Consultant with Strategic Communication for Sustainability area of Environment Education and Awareness Division on WASH and Climate Change project in 11 districts of Uttar Pradesh in collaboration with UNOPS (United Nations Office for Project Services).● Project Implementation & Management: Successfully executed project activities at various sites, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.● Stakeholder Coordination: Efficiently liaised with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet project requirements and objectives.● Community Engagement: Conducted extensive fieldwork, including regular visits and interactive sessions with students, teachers, and communities, for effective communication.● Event Organization: Organized and facilitated Capacity building programmes through seminars, street plays, competitions, and exhibitions to promote community participation.● Educational Interventions: Engaged with students to motivate adoption of water conservation and resource management techniques in schools and homes.● Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinated with education and other official departments for successful project implementation.● Awareness Campaigns: Promoted awareness on water conservation, climate change, LiFE efforts, and menstrual health and hygiene.● Adaptability: Assisted in various need-based activities and contributed to additional tasks for the successful completion of project deliverables.My experience at TERI has empowered me with a comprehensive skill set in project management, community outreach, and sustainability advocacy.
