As per the yard operation I am supposed to maintain reports on daily basis reg. Daily Activity Report, Daily yard Movement Report, quality survey report of Manufactured Goods.Regarding equrecy of physical stock from SAP system, I am supposed to create Master Control card Report on Daily basis. Capture stock transfer ISSUE NOTE & RECEIPT NOTE through MIS at every end of the Day.As per Stock Transfer between service centers & clients, I am supposed to maintain Weekly Stock Count Report on weekly basis so that could found variation of stock. Inshore quality after manufacturing goods as per yard Movement inspect workers should must be follow the safety rules. Preparing various reports for custom services on pre-determined parameters, on a Weekly and monthly basis, to effectively track operations and customer service performances. Provide network management and information technology (IT) integration, from platform support to cloud-based solutions.
