• Client Visit Management including coordinating with the sales team and identifying the requirement. Facilitating gifts and collateral for client visit. Taking feedback form the stakeholder. • Event Management including supporting the event team with gifts and collateral. Facilitating shipment• Vendor Management including identifying vendors, building relationship, identifying the product (Gift and collateral) placing orders • Managing a network of more than 200 vendors in Delhi NCR area.• Shipment support including identifying the requirement, packaging, coordinating with DHL on the invoice, declaration, following up and insuring that the shipment reaches on time.• Inventory Management including managing a store, organizing stuff and also managing the MOQ level.• Disbursement including coordination with Internal stakeholders like finance, procurement, legal, banking and payable team for the approvals and payments • Database management: keeping an account of several database and records.
