My work revolves around COVID management and data analysis. Other responsibilities involve coordination with inter & intra-ministerial divisions for health schemes and programs. Event coordination along with communicating key ideas from Ministerial and Secretarial-level meetings.

Worked part-time on a Research proposal for measuring biological stress markers using wearable sensors. Also, played around with Heart rate variability (HRV) recordings (Kaggle dataset).

Learning basic sciences and research skills

Microtubules in cells make different patterns (asters, vortices). So my work involved simulating one of these patterns and finding the reason for the onset of such patterns.

• Neural spike analysis of firing patterns of cells using Multi-Electrode Array technique”.• Identified firing wavelengths using Spectrogram analysis in MATLAB, which led to the insights on brain waves.• Summer project on Neuronal plasticity behavioral study in rats led to a research publication (second-author).

Worked on the periodicity related to ocean waves using Time series analysis in MATLAB; wave current, sediment transport data obtained from the Tuticorin coast.
