• Processing AP invoices in ERP systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to required quality standards• Actively contacting vendors, internal requestors, and various departments to obtain missing information or rectify invalid data, fostering effective communication channels.• Resolving issues that hinder payments and promptly addressing internal and external inquiries related to AP matters, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving.• Meeting assigned targets and SLAs by consistently identifying, tracking, and accurately reporting accounting data, while proactively flagging non-standard issues for managerial attention and proposing improvement suggestions.• Collaborating cross-functionally and within teams to ensure seamless cooperation, fostering a culture of good teamwork that aids in meeting all SLAs and targets.• Sending payment reminders and reaching out to customers as required, maintaining a customer-centric approach to invoicing operations• Participating in projects and contributing to process improvement initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing overall operational efficiency• Auditing 60% of the total daily process count, meticulously creating error sheets, and engaging in discussions with management to identify reasons for repetitive errors and propose resolutions• Providing constructive feedback to processors to minimize errors and preparing performance sheets to track and showcase progress• Investigating and correcting incorrect matching and posting discrepancies in Oracle and Basware, ensuring the alignment of financial data• Making necessary corrections to adjust matching and resolving discrepancies, meticulously documenting corrections made by the entire team• Investigating Cr. and Dr. balances in the GRIR segment, actively coordinating with buyers to arrange invoices for credit balances, and assisting in the reversal of receipts
