Here working on Cloud & On-Perm infra and have to handle the Citrix and Azure. Managing and Maintaining the overall Citrix Environment end to end on the versions CVAD 1912 LTSR, XA-XD 7.8, 6.5 and 4.5. We are working on citrix studio, Xenapp, Xendesktop, Xen-server, NetScaler, NetScaler scripting, controller, Azurefront, PVS and Automation. Managing Critical, High, escalated issues and providing RCA; Creating Changes and presenting them in Precab/CAB meetings. SSL Certificate update in StoreFront and Netscaler gateway. Proficient in managing Provisioning Services (PVS) with versioning, vDisk update. VMs are handled in vSphere VMWare; Experience in Citrix VM Cluster migration activities. Onboarding new applications by creating Machine catalog and Delivery groups. Upgrading applications on Citrix servers; Daily health check on all servers. Capacity planning and Upgrades of Citrix Infrastructure Servers. Providing KT to the new team members and providing regular process updates as shared by Client.

Here I am managing Citrix infrastructure with L2 and L3 Level. User data management, Storefront,Studio,Access gateway, Lisencing server,Active directory, Citrix MCS,PVS,Netscaller,Load Balancer, Citrix Cloud,Xendesktops,Xenapps and xenservers. Need to manage the Citrix administration (Deployment, Design , Control, license, VDI Patches and access), Active Directory (Deployment, Design and Control). Cloud administration Azure & citrix. VMware server & user data management, With these skill i need to Design, Install, monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team. Troubleshooting for Azure cloud services related issues. Configuring Azure services to meet the needs of organization. Designing and managing swap space in the Azure cloud. Maintaining Azure AD profiles like profile creation,deletion and modification. Computerized office activities, maintained customer communications, and tracked records through delivery. Evaluated operational practices and identified improvement opportunities to develop revisions for systems and procedures. Troubleshot technical concerns and recommended corrective actions to resolve issues.

Roles & Responsibilities - I have worked as a Application Support Engineer on Citrix operations, Citrix License, Citrix PVS, Active directory user management and operations, Microsoft intune, Server Patches, Windows Patches and Cloud operations,User Data management with Azure AD, Citrix Farms and xenapp.I have handled tickets related to Citrix and Cloud. I was also taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution. Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software and other hardware directly or with the team members. Assist in defining, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business. Troubleshoot day-to- day escalations from L1 Support team. Addressed technical issues and guided end users through resolution. Communicated with clients to define business objectives and present individualized solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities - Worked in ICICI Bank IT Department where i was handling Infra related to Windows Servers, User Management, Citrix Access, Citrix Servers, Citrix Operations, Active participation in P1 discussions until the issue is fixed and ensure necessary teams are available throughout the P1 restoration. Initial troubleshooting on Citrix applications; Publishing applications to end users. AD - Creating user accounts / Account unlock / Account extension / Security groups creation. Auditing and escalating the tickets if appropriate hold type / reason / on-hold until / customer comments are not updated properly. Track the pending tickets and follow-up with concerned team for closure.
