Configuration and Implement of all major modules , i.e. Inventory & Procurement , HRMS , Payroll , Sales & CRM and Finance & Accounts.• Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/ process through meetings and discussion• Provide overall business process and product mapping• Product Installation• Up-gradation activities and testing of the ERP software.• Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex systems changes.• Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.• Providing Access Rights / Authorities to ERP users.• Work with users to identify and redefine of the processes and propose a solution.• Prepare Functional design documents for Reports, Applications and interfaces and Create Functional Design Specifications for customization.• Data Migration from TALLY and other Software Database by Utility tools.• Data base administration, Customization of reports as per management requirements (MIS)

• Configuration and Implement of modules covered under ERP i.e. Sales, Purchase & Accounts• Onsite co-coordinate for resolving all critical issues of user.• Responsible for requirement analysis, technical specs preparation and testing of developments and enhancements• Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.• Product implementation on Test Server and Live Server• Identify and recommend product customizations, system enhancements to meet customer requirements.
