Most issues were addressed with reasonable amount of success through sustained engagement, advocacy, appropriate communication, networking, relationship management and leveraging personal acquaintances.Among Vedanta's diverse portfolio, I was asked to focus on mosr distressed verticals of Aluminium, Mining and Power which faced enormous difficulties in multiple area and included Vedanta Aluminium Ltd ( Orissa ), Bharat Aluminium Company ( Chattisgarh ), Lanjigarh Alumina Refinery ( Orissa ), Sterlite Energy Ltd ( Orissa ) and Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd ( Punjab ).
