Dow ChemicalSeptember 2011 – December 2013 (2 years 4 months) -Responsible for auditing Bill of Materials (BOM) / recipes / routings on SAP-Developing schedule for inbound bulk products and DRP bulk/drum/RBC stock planning and daily packaging activity-Managing finished product bulk tanks and generating daily production schedule-Maintaining APO/SAP/MIMI data in the planning/scheduling tools-Reviewing inventories and daily production for manufacturing status and validating the weekly production schedule-Validates Production Plan (16 weeks) on APO to ensure capacity is not overstated / if yes then look for alternative ways to ensure demand is within capacity limitations. -12 week raw material planning of both inter company (backward integration) and third party raws are procured on time. Also ensure that all vendors are up to date with SAP generated forecast for all raw materials. -Reporting production issues and delays-Working with various functions such as Local Site Management, Customer Service Teams, Account Managers, Product Line Managers, Supply Chain Function-Directing plant activities and resources to resolve customer issues in a timely manner-Being the 'Voice of Customer' at the plant-Managing monthly safety and service performance with local carriers and third party venders and conducting routine safety reviews-Coordinating authorization of returned materials-SAP Super User
