Establish the monitoring system & control the department cost.13.Work in a cross functional team to resolve the shop floor issues/ Technical issues. Perform root cause analysis of production issues & obtain the corrective actions.14.Lead the departmental meetings & cascade the information effectively.15.Continues analysis of current production processes & procedures, proposals for improvements.16.Ensure completion of production documentation & data entry in a timely manner. Analysis of productivity, efficient utilization of manpower, reducing rejection level, Reducing cycle time and improve quality, reworks analysis, cost reduction and process improvement.17.Co-ordination with Production Engineering for New model preparation & protocol Run.18.Responsible for QMS, ISO, OHSAS, EMS & Internal audits(Product & process), Closure of all NC’s in a timely manner.19.Ensure the production activities as per SOP(MI), Mentioned in the QMS.Dealing with Union & resolving of conflicts if any.20.
