Products that I handle:- Unsecured Loan up to 30 Lacs, Medical Equipment Loan upto 10 Cr, Secured Loan against Plant and Machinery upto 10 Cr and Loan against GoldJob responsibilities include:• Development and implementation of Process for smooth flow of the files• Processing the new account applications in a timely manner with adherence to credit policy requirements thereby minimizing credit losses and frauds.• Personal discussion with customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, etc• Implementing the risk management policies related to credit acceptance and account fulfillment.• Undertaking periodic self assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.• Improving the productivity of credit unit and improve performance.• Manpower and vendor management• Regularly interacting with Collection People to keep watch on portfolio and taking proper action and implementing steps to control delinquency

Job responsibilities included:• Analying the credit worthiness of the party before sanctioning loan.• Preparing & Analyzing MIS to have better understanding of the sourcing pattern.• Analyse delinquency pattern wise & sourcing wise and implementing means to avoid losses.• Developing new surrogates & programs and implementing them.• Leading and managing my team of Personal Loan & Car Insurance.
