Process Monitoring of Press Shop, Weld Shop & Metal finish part.Making MRM Data, MIS Data, BSC Data.Responsible of quality products in weld and metal finish shops and take corrective actions if any NG found.Responsible for scorecard management reviews and applying corrective actions to manage the customer scorecard to ensure positive rating for our products.Responsible for investigation of Field & Warranty issue & Submit Detail report of that.Part of a team in the development of tool tryout of new die and after RefurbishmentResponsible to handle a team of 35-40 Quality workmen & monitor the efficiency / productivity with Quality of the process & PDI & timely supply.Special process validation i.e. Co2 welding & Resistance welding (Spot & Projection).Activities connected with new product development, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA and CONTROL PLAN.Analysis of rejection and rework and take corrective actions with CFT to reduce the same.Investigate and recommend processes and improvements for resolving, eliminating and preventing negative quality issues using QC tools like Pareto chart and Cause and Effect Diagrams.Training given to Quality inspectors for improvement of Quality and also encourage to put there important role on KAIZEN activity.Improve Sustainability and Safety in shop.Analysis of Welding test like, Nugget test, Chisel test & Carbon test and Penetration test & Tear down Report of Spot welding.System and Process Audits of Suppliers as per audit plan.Recording, analysis and countermeasure implementation for Customer Complaints at Supplier end.Follow-up of countermeasure for quality problem from supplier.Supplier visit for Quality Problem and Countermeasure verification.Prepare Incoming Quality Standard Review and Analysis QRQC and take action accordingly Overseeing follow-up with vendors for timely Action Plan (CAPA), New Improvements, and quality checks & monitoring defect free supply.

Looking after ‘Weld Shop (FCM & Load Body) to enhance & upgrade the product Quality.Preparation & implementation of the PPM reduction plan through 7 QC tools.Preparing panel checker report & tool tryout of new die and after Refurbishment.Preparation of PPAP documentation.Responsible for In-Process and Final inspection and Root cause analysis on quality issues and taking Immediate and Corrective Action/Preventive Action to resolve the problem.Maintain the Plan of Instruments for Calibration and updating of history cards.Ensure defect free quality production &continuous quality improvement.Daily review of internal quality issues& actions to minimize.Defect analysis raised by customer & monitoring of CTQ parameters.
