 Supervise day to day working of Lab following Samples from origin to dispatch and maintaining Good lab practices (GLP).  Monitoring IQC, Calibration & Troubleshooting. Performing EQA & take corrective action if required. Helping QM in Document Controlling & SOP`s preparation. Monitor technicians and handle their duty roster and preparing the training schedules.  Interaction with hospital doctors as and when required.  Coordinating with IT Team for Laboratory Information System.  Ensure maintenance of all related documentation.  Demonstrate professional conduct with patients, Laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals, and with the public. Handling & Maintaining Stock materials. Interpret test results in order to resolve issues within each department.
