Portfolio Outline – Since joining the Chorus I have had the opportunity to lead the following deliverables:- 2IC to the Head of Testing and practice leader in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand. At peak, the team size reached over 65 members. - Test and NPE Leadership across Technology Delivery with capital spend of ~$50million p.a. with multiple Programmes driving technology and business change.- Led the architecture, build and run phases of test automation for Functional and Non- functional test areas, where the focus was full end to end automated testing of Chorus systems, including front-end web, API channels, and thick client applications controlling even physical devices in a lab setting. These initiatives have been showcased by one of my strategic vendors as a great success story at events such as the Wellington DevOps meetup groups, New Zealand Performance Engineering meetup groups, Scaleconf 2017 (International Conference), and the IT Service Management Forum New Zealand (itSMFnz). - Developed integrated Test and all Non-Production Environment release pipelines across each domain with a 12 month view. - Test Delivery Chair for Chorus on Nokia Delivery Board where I drove the offshore test programme, helped optimise test delivery and drove automated regression testing under each network service for greater agility. - Test Delivery Chair for Chorus on GE Energy Delivery Board, and Datacom Delivery Board as part of commercial management, technology change and ‘innovation’ through CI/CD roadmap and DevOps model.- Presented at the CTO Roadshow on DevOps, focusing on Continuous Automation, Innovation and Engineering Enablement.
